Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by several days.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Time

All orders qualify for free shipping. However, additional shipping fees may apply depending on the destination.

Average delivery time: 5–10 business days (business days only).

Shipping carriers (USPS or UPS) are automatically selected based on the most efficient option for the destination.

Please note that severe weather, carrier delays, or other external factors may cause delivery to be delayed.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Tracking numbers typically become active within 3 days.
Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

AmeliHeva is not responsible for any loss once the package is marked as “Delivered.”

If a loss occurs due to the carrier’s mistake, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.

Delayed Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please wait 3–5 business days before contacting customer service.

Check with neighbors or family members in case they accepted the package on your behalf.

If the package is returned due to missed delivery notifications (calls, emails, etc.), refunds or reshipments are not possible.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the product and packaging and contact our customer service team.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or guide you on submitting a carrier claim.
Order Confirmation & Changes

All orders are processed immediately upon confirmation; therefore, cancellations or changes are not possible once the order has been placed.

After a tracking number is issued, changes to shipping address, products, or cancellations cannot be made.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (including apartment number, building name, access code, etc.).

Orders cannot be refunded or reshipped if delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
